Maya is originally from Yakima, Washington. She attended the University of Evansville in Indiana, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2023. She then returned to Washington to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in 2026.

As a physical therapist, Maya enjoys getting to know her patients and understanding their individual goals. She is passionate about using exercise and individualized treatment to help patients prevent injuries, recover from injuries, manage pain, and return to the sports and activities they enjoy. She values helping patients build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident getting back to the things that matter most to them.

Outside of the clinic, Maya enjoys trying new sports and activities, spending time with her husband and their two dogs, and relaxing with a good book or a painting project.
