Return to Sport Therapy & Testing
Not all therapy is equipped to work with athletes and help them return to sport. Chances are, if you're not having to work really hard in therapy and you're not doing activities that replicate your sport, then your therapy may not be best preparing you for a safe and successful return to sport. The safest and most effective way to make sure you are truly prepared to return to sport following an injury is through rigorous sport specific rehabilitation and evidence based return to sport testing. When considering whether you are physically prepared to return to sport or not, you don't want to HOPE you're ready. You want to KNOW you're ready.
