Treatment of Dizziness and Vertigo (BPPV)
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) the most common cause of vertigo — the sudden sensation that you're spinning or that the inside of your head is spinning. BPPV causes brief episodes of mild to intense dizziness and sometimes nausea. It is usually triggered by specific changes in your head's position. At ARC we are trained in the treatment of BPPV – which can oftentimes be resolved with just one or two treatments. We also evaluate and treat other forms of vertigo and dizziness associated with concussion, age related changes, upper cervical dysfunction, etc.
